Senior Spotlight - Will Locke

Will Locke-church-Christ-Brentwood-Youth-Senior

We can’t believe our youngest “little” one is ready to graduate. He follows the path of his older brother Alex and older sisters, Christine & Katie Lou, graduating from Brentwood High School this year.

Will has been at Concord Road Church of Christ since he was four months old. He attended preschool at Concord Road Preschool and remembers Charlotte Tuttle as his preschool teacher. Will has participated in most Youth Group activities including Bible Bowl, Lads to Leaders, Boys Trek, Church Camp, spring and fall retreats. Will was baptized at Concord Road by his dad August 24, 2014, along with his sister, Katie Lou, on the same day.

Will has participated in Brentwood Band since the 6th grade, first playing electric bass, then learning the upright bass. In high school Will went on to learn to program a synthesizer and play the keyboard associated with the synthesizer during his time in the marching band.  Will also participated in Jazz Band, Winter Drum Line and Orchestra. In his free time he taught himself to play piano and guitar. Will was also in the German club and served as President his Junior year. In 2017 Will toured Eastern Europe with a group from Brentwood High School. Vienna was his favorite, along with Berlin. He definitely wants to get back there sometime. He is also a pretty good skier, like the rest of his family.

In August he will be on his way to Freed Hardeman University to study Contract Law, with a minor in ministry and psychology.

We can’t wait to see where the Lord guides his path for college and for life.
